With the help of God, a joint cooperation agreement was signed between the Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Training Institute and the Raval Kempinski Tower to train 50 Saudi youth in the field of tourism and hotels and then employ them in the Rafal Kempinski Tower.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Shukri Mansour (CEO of Al Hokair Institute) and Rafal Kempinski, Mr. Fahad Hassan, Director General of Human Resources.
The agreement includes cooperation in the training of Saudi youth on the hotel functions in all its fields as a receptionist, supervisor, lounge, assistant chef and hotel services supervisor.
After receiving appropriate training at the Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Hotel Training Institute and then employing them at the Rafal Kempinski Hotel with salaries starting at SR 5,500.
This agreement is only the beginning of cooperation between Al Hokair Institute and Kempinski Hotel to train the Saudi youth and qualify them to work in the hotel industry within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to invest in Saudi cadres in implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in replacing Saudi cadres in the labor market
